The Estate is divided into three parts, the Golf Estate, situated on and around the golf course, the Village Estate and the Hillside/Riverside Estate, both of which are flanked by the Breede River, The Estate comprises 401 ervens. A number of homes are in various state of completion - from completed and occupied to foundations being dug. The Silwerstrand brand extends to include a Day Visitor Area and Caravan Park / Camp Site.
